The ultimate sk8 house

Some of you may not know that before being 100% full time in real estate, I used to be a professional surfer traveling the globe, riding and modeling for several major surf brands, that was an amazing life...!
Now I still enjoy the best of both world:surfing and practicing real estate while living in the most amazing part of the united states which allows me to spend time with my two passions, in the southern part California, in Carlsbad in San Diego county.

Being in France to visit my family for a little bit, I just found via a French friend of mine on Facebook a super different home design.

So after a previous post of a "zombie home" from a British architect, here is a skate able home from a French designer, Mr. Gil Le Bon De La Pointe.
